Brad Pitt shines in thrilling 'F1: The Movie'

Brad Pitt stars as Sonny Hayes in the new movie “F1.” Hayes was once a top Formula One driver. But a terrible crash 30 years ago ended his career. Since then, he has drifted through life.

He worked as a gambler and a taxi driver in New York City. Now, Hayes sometimes races cars for fun. Young drivers are impressed by his unusual strategies and smart moves.

His old friend Ruben, played by Javier Bardem, owns a struggling F1 team. Ruben offers Sonny a spot on the team.

However, a team leader named Banning (Tobias Menzies) and a young star driver, Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), don’t like the idea.

Joseph Kosinski directs the movie. It has a slick, corporate look. Real F1 race footage is mixed in.

The film focuses a lot on the technical details of F1 cars.

Brad Pitt’s heart-pounding F1 comeback

F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, who is a producer, even has a small part.

Cool graphics show each lap during the racing scenes. The movie strikes a balance between its macho style and some humorous and nostalgic moments. It shows how wild and almost magical motor racing can be.

Actress Kerry Condon plays Kate McKenna, the team’s technical director. Her performance adds some heart and depth. “F1” is a bit over the top with its manliness and drama.

But Kosinski’s directing keeps the story fun to watch. The movie provides valuable insights into the world of racing. It shows meetings where everyone wears headphones and microphones.

It also shows the rivalry between teammates. The film’s crazy, exaggerated style makes it entertaining. “F1” will be released on June 25 in the UK, June 26 in Australia, and June 27 in the US.

Fans can look forward to seeing Brad Pitt bring this wild racing story to life on the big screen.
