We all know how important maintaining an active lifestyle as you age is. In fact, it’s vital. A recent study found that adults between 50 to 71 who maintained their activity level were at the lowest risk of early death among their less active counterparts.
One practice that people often turn to is yoga. We caught up with Mary Molluso MA, ERYT 400+, a certified yoga teacher at the Manhattan Athletic Club. She shared five simple yoga movements that anyone can do anywhere.
